How to Earn Points on iFlipd

At iFlipd, points are like currency. You can earn them in a variety of ways and then choose how to use them! Here are a few ways you can earn points: 

1. Refer a Friend

You earn 100 points for each friend your refer to iFlipd. Get your friends to sign-up with your referral code. Each time you get a friend to sign up you get 100 points.

2. Rent a book

You earn 50 points each time you rent a book.

Did we mention that each week rented: You earn an additional 10 points each week you rent a book.

3. Returning a Print Book you Own

You earn 200 points for each print book you return if you’ve paid the full price of the book. For example: if your book is 5 weeks to own, you would have to pay for all 5 weeks to be eligible for 200 points.

4. Creating an Account

You earn 100 point when you create an account. Occasionally, we will run specials and you can earn more than 100 points.

5. Logging into your Account

You earn 5 points each time you log into your account. You need to wait 24 hours between log in periods.

 

6. “Flipping” (Returning) your Digital Books

When you flip a book, you receive the same number of points as days remaining on the rental. For example: You have a 7 day rental, flip it back after 3 days, then you get 4 points.

 

 

So now that you have all these points….what do you do with them?

Use them! You can use the points to rent books. 100 points = a free rental week (up to a $15 value). Points can only be used on a single book for the first week. You cannot combine points to get multiple free weeks on a single book. You can also redeem your points for gift cards from brands like Starbucks, Lyft, Dominos and many more.
